Studio Kummatus is a two person team, including Hanne Härkönen and Janna-Riina Perämäki. Our little studio is based in Turku, Finland.

We have been co-workers since 2017 but friends even longer than that (20 years and counting!). Together we decided to make our dream come true and established a company that is oriented towards the world of 2D animation and illustrations.

 

We have previously worked in different positions in the animation and film industry, such as storyboard artists, visual designers and animation assistants for local animation studios. We also have working experience as freelance illustrators and in teaching animation for media students.
